Standard warranty duration is 1 year for 3D casing and LED. Other item warranty may vary.
3. Are design services provided?
Yes, we provide design services and accept custom signboard orders according to the customers brand identity.
4. How long does it take to complete a signboard?
The completion time is usually between 7 to 14 working days, depending on the type, size and complexity of the signboard.
5. How do I make a reservation?

6. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by bank transfer, quick response (QR code), initial deposit and full payment upon completion of the work.
